Yes, that model of Phillips head screw was first used on most of the Tri-Directionals was it not Clem? Apparently, Mr. Phillips had a big investment in the TD's, and when the Essex company went under, all of it's fastener inventory was auctioned off to John Deere. Well, that's what I've been told anyways.
