Try a truck supply store. We used to get bolt in replacements for Versatiles at Maupins in Dodge City, KS. JD started using air seats on the 6000/7000 series. If the seat in your 4430 rides hard,it is most likely the nitrogen accumulator is dead, which is no big deal to replace or recharge. If I remember correctly the brand of air ride seats used in the Versatile, JD and other tractors is Kramer, very expensive to repair.
