Hey Robert, skidsteers are the way to go for light duty work or heavy duty work if you have time, and I would reccomend a 73hp especially if your going to use tracks which will be needed to use dozer blade, skidsteers are so versatile with all the attachments that are available for them, I wouldn't buy a 873 I've changed alot of boom arms on 873's they have so many pivot points to get the vertical lift their boom arms have a nasty habit of cracking, the 863 is a much more durable loader it is exactly the same loader as the 873 except for the boom function, I work at a Bobcat dealership and if I were buying it would be an 863.
