If you are talking about what tractor IH made in 1908 here are your choices:

International Type A Gear Drive manufactured from 1907-1911. Type A was built in 12, 15, and 20 horsepower sizes. Single fwd gear drive and I believe friction reverse. Single cylinder IHC Famous gasoline engines powered these tractors. 15hp had 56 inch flywheels and 8 inch bore x 14 inch stroke. 20 horsepower had a 9 inch bore x 15 inch stroke. They were hit and miss governed. They were around 14,000 pounds.
