Sounds like a Holder. They were made in Europe, Germany I think, and were imported as a small logging machine. They had a 3 pt hitch, and were available with a woods cage and loader. I still have a sales brochure somewhere, but don't ask me to find it. Pasquali also made 4wd articulating tractors, but as I remember, they were much smaller.
