Your last pics show the rake Dad bought new in 1949. There was a tandem wheel option....front and rear, for wetter soil. We seldom used the tedder,but it was nice to have it. Raked many windrows for the Roto-Baler with it. Yes, it is 9 feet wide. We had a large wood block to rest the tongue on at home, but to unhook in the field we"d tip it up, with the front caster wheel turned to the side. I was a little runt and had a hard time with that...10-11 years old. Worse was re-hooking and dropping it on the ground.
