Hi John, If you are new to trailering anything, my two cents worth may be of value. If you have trailered a lot already, just disregard this. I towed horse trailers over the country a lot during the 60s, 70s & 80s. There are so many people who fail to realize that your stopping distance & time is greatly increased when towing a trailer. You have got to be constantly on the alert to anticipate what other drivers may do(turn-stop, etc) and you must also anticipate the stop-lights. It's not really a good thing to go through a red stop light with a horse or 8N behind you. You may know all this so I apologize if I talked too long. Good luck.
