Hi John, Someone already gave you the advice to hire the work done. That's good solid advice BUT for the do-it-yourself types there is another option. I chose to do this work myself; bought a few tire irons and had at it. There is a real advantage in that I repaired, cleaned, primed and painted my wheels; you won't find a tire dealer to do this for you, I don't think. If you would decide to tackle it yourself you can get advice on the "how-to" here on the forum.
