I would use 14-40 Delvac or Rotella, that's what most people do. As far as the oil filter, take the side covers off and there it should be. Go to a parts store and buy a new filter and find the one on the tractor that looks the same. I am not familiar with Whites, on my tractor the filter screws right on the side of the engine, but some are remote. There is probably a hydraulic filter somewhere too.
