The eccentric bushing on top of the front end assembly needs adjusted. Take the nose cover off, Then there will be a cover held on by 4 bolts. Remove the cover, you will see the steering gear. Clean the grease out, then you will see a screw head below the gear. Remove that screw, turn the eccentric bushing and reinstall the screw. Some people have luck running 1 front tire with lower air pressure also.
