Iam sorry that i didn't have the make of tractor it is a J D B. I have had some good responses and I think I have it figured out, the bowl is sucking air at the top and I have to put two gaskets on the bowl to stop this. When it sucks air arround the bowl it affects the idle. Thanks anyway.
