Hey Pat - Thanks for the time and consideration on the checklist I sent. I already have a barn 30x60 clear span, metal construction. Been doing that one by myself. Wife said if I get a new barn and the land she gets a new house. A promise is a promise and rates are competitive. I passed along site since so many questions asking for plans. See my above response to my own post with a concrete site. Wish I had found this site before pouring slab for my barn. As I find useful links I post them for those interested. Most of the recent discovery is due to the fact this will most likely be our retirement home in 40 yrs and I want it done right once and for all. ShepFL
