Before you throw parts, trouble shoot first. I recently replaced points and condenser on Jubilee and no spark.
Full 12v to + on coil. That told me resistor was good, new points weren't making contact when they were closed. I confirmed using ohmmeter. Points may have picked up dirt from nee feeler guage or points were oxidized.
A little Emery cloth on points and points made contact. I set flywheel on timing mark. Slowly rotate distributor until points opened. Locked distributor. Checked with timing light. Timing spot on
I didn't need more parts, just clean points. 50 years ago it was common replaced points and condenser annually.
