No, Buhler-Versatile/Genesis is not part of New Holland anymore. A Canadian businessman named Buhler bought the Winnipeg plant and the rights to the Versatile and NH Genesis lines. His company was already in ag, building balers and implements, and he bought the factory when it was dictated that NH sell part of it's holdings in order to merge with Case IH. They have no connection with Fiat or CNH other than a contract to build some tractors for NH (which may have been cancelled.) So, this is not a company owned by one of the big three. It is independent. How about this? The remnants of the old Ford tractor are now owned by Chevrolet. Huh......
