I picked up this Cub HDS 2185, 48" deck and can't get the PTO to engage. It will engage when wired directly to the battery. I replaced the switch with no results. When I use a test light to check power at the plug before the PTO it always shows 1 hot wire anytime the key is in the on position. The PTO switch, nor the seat safety, nor the reverse switch change the power at that plug.
