I worked for a Chev dealership from 1980-1990. In my opinion the 366 engine is probably the toughest medium duty gas engine with the most power for its size that was built at that time. If you buy it, your next problem will be to find someone who knows how to tune it properly. A lot of the younger mechanics don't even know what a 4bbl Holley is, much less how the gov. etc. works.
