I have been getting this badtrans junk with a subject Re..When ever i try to delet the junk I keep getting the purple screen from norton and i have to go through the repair-delete process. I do not wait for the envolope to open. I always thought if the mail is deleted before the envolope opens I would be safe, but apperently not. What am i supposed to do different? I always lose several files thru the process or is that the way it is? Any message I get also show in the preview panel. Is that the correct way? Any help would be appreicated. Thanks Alvin.. God Bless America..
