With this being such an old wagon, it almost seems a shame to add on such a new piece as a modern engraved plate on the axle. So another idea I'd like to throw out there would be to get a stamp set and make your own plate. The metal could be brass, or could use a piece of aluminum or stainless steel. Could even make multiple placards for mounting on different machines.
