I have a international 806. It had a problem of bumping into gearwhen letting out the clutch but wouldn't always go. However when it would there would be no problems. From reading other forms I tried over filling it with about 5 gallons of Hy-trans. That didnt work so I ended up replacing the mcv pump, hydraulic filter, and all Hy-trans. Upon 1st fire up it work great, right into gear steered fine and no dummy light nothing. Tried running it a week later and dummy light was on and wouldn't go. Bleed it out via the 5/8" plug and didnt have a problem afterword. I used it to cut 60 acres of hay no problems, halfway through raking it gave up on me again. Dummy light back and would only drive when applying pressure to the brakes. Took it home and tested pressures on the safety valve (bottom of mcv) had only 120psi in TA, DD, and brakes applied. Put another gauge on the lube regulator and only read pressure with brakes applied. So I put all new gaskets and o rings in the mcv with no success. My JENSALES repair manual says it's the sump check. However it didnt have one in it. It appears to have a plug in it set about 1/8" behind the face of the housing. I need some help I got 60 acres of hay to bale with no tractor. Thanks in advance

Potatoes were grown for sale and oats were grown to be used for cattle and horse feeding. Up to about 1958 the dairy cows were fed hay with some turnips and after that grass silage was the main winter feed. That same year was the last in which flax was grown on the farm.
