The problem with flipping over backwards you atribute to the N series Ford could only happen by brain dead folks that truly weren't inteligent enough to grasp the importance of not tying a tree to the seat post. It certainly wasn't caused by pulling something in the manner spelled out in the owners manual, or that used by people with double digit IQ's. For if done right, no matter how big a load you hook to an N (or any other tractor for that matter), it cannot flip it over backwards.
