Ok so it is an IH B so what are the symptoms? Just slow to stop so it will go into gear cold stiff oil will not go into gear with clutch pushed out may need adjustment. If sticking as you use it may be some dry or rusty shaft and hub in clutch or disc rusted to plate or flywheel. This is all just behind the engine between the transmission and the engine.
