The F14 was increased 200 rpm to give it the two extra horsepower. The input bevel gears were changed to keep ground speeds the same.One less tooth on the input pinion,one more tooth on the upper shaft.I put F-12 gears in an F'14 once. Increased ground speed some. But not by much!LOLBoth F12 and F14 could be had with either the straight 'post',or the power lift.Other differences wer the steering post and the hand brake levers.
