They advertise on eBay. Price was cheap until I realized the brakes on their 8000lb axles were 2x12 instead of 3x12. Rockwell American is priced a little less than Alco and Dexter with the same quality. Their 8K axles are a bit more money than TK, but I like the larger brakes and the axles will last a lifetime.
