Looking for info on the NEJ tractor

My wife and I just moved onto a 40 acre farm from the city. We've been looking for a good tractor to start up a turnip farm with. I was reading about the NEJ and thought this would be perfect. I searched for it on the internet but couldn't come up with anything. I went to a dealer and asked if he knew where I could buy one and he said he thinks he knows what I'm talking about but not sure. Can anyone tell me where to buy one of these tractors. Thanks I really appreciate the help. P.S What kind of implements will I need for turnip farming?
