sorry for the delay been busy finishing of redoing the whole cutter bar, guards, and bearing on wobble arm on Oliver 129 haybine. I did look and it is the spline for the pump. Started tractor and could easily tell that the shaft from the tractor was spinning but the shaft going into the pump was not. I do have one question before i dissect the whole thing. after repaired and put back together, is there a best way to prime the pump with fluid or will it work into there as the reservoir tank is quite large and gravity will do the job? I don't want to fix it just to ruin it. Again thank you for all the help thus far it is greatly appreciated.
