I recovered a old 706 that had been sitting out for years and am trying to breathe life into it. I drained and cleaned the fuel tank, replaced lines and filters all the way to the injector pump. It turned over very, very slowly. I had the starter rebuilt and it still does the same thing. Temps are in the 70's/80's here. The only electrical hooked up is zero gauge jumper cables from the battery to the starter / frame, and a light switch for a starter toggle. None of the factory wiring is being used (chewed up). It barely turns over - way to slow to fire. What do I look at next?
