That is a very strong sign post !! When I see these kind of things, it makes me wonder if the guy just didn�t shut off the pto pump, and the hydraulic control just creeps in the up hoist position. You could start off with the box down, and with a empty truck, perhaps it could raise, but not enough creep on the valve to let it rise loaded. Of course you shouldn�t be ripping down the highway with the pto on either
