I'm going to go out on a limb here Ron. I've got to side with Dave here. I think $5500. CANADIAN would be about right. That's about $3500. US bucks. $5500 US dollars would buy you a darn good 135 in Canada -- used, of course, but top condition. Mid 70's, rebuilt deisel (or lower hours), PS, good tin and rubber, locking differential, and a decent loader. 5500 US just sounds high to me, for what you're describing. But I don't know the US market; maybe that's "the going price"; I don't know. I know of a guy up here who's been trying to sell an amazing 135 (looks and acts new) for 3 months now for $8000 Canadian. So I figure for $5500 US you should be getting a tractor in wonderfully great condition. I would also look at the Tips of the Day from late last week. The long one about buying a used tractor was really good.
