JD 1010C crawlerLB parts pricing and availability

Hi. Was curious if anyone on the list could comment on parts availability for a 1960 JD 1010c with backhoe. I am looking at a used 1010c crawler and was wondering what the parts cost would run to rebuild the brakes and steering clutches in this unit? Also, any thoughts on what a ballpark figure of crawler with #50 backhoe in good condition are worth? Any information you could provide regarding this particular crawler would be greatly appreciated.
