Personally, I'd have to give my votes to 3 Allis-Chalmers; 200, WD45, CA.
We also have a 656 (ours is gas), and must say that it has also been a highly reliable machine, since a neighbor purchased it, brand new. Would also give honorable mention to JD 3010, and 4640.
