Maybe it's just me, but seems a hair pricey considering the current market.
Still, if you have use for a backhoe unit and not much is available in your area, this might be a good deal for you.
If you're handy with the tools and plan on keeping/using it, I say go for it. I had a backhoe like that from a TLB that had been converted to 3-pt. Put it on my JD 4010. Liked the hoe a lot, but not in a 3-pt setup. That would dig what you want it to dig.
