It sounds like its running out of fuel somehow.By it starting up cold,then doing this when its warmed up it might be as simple as a fuel line fitting someplace thats loose.I would try tightening all the lines and maybe pull the filters and see if there is an old gasket stuck to a mounting surface or maybe something stuck in between where the filter mounts.
