As long as your spindles arn't goudged or worn bad and the hub looks good you should be able to just put in new bearings and races and be ok. Don't forget to put a new seal on to. You should be able to get the bearings and possibly the seal at carquest, napa etc. if you can get the number off the ones you'll pull out.
