My neighbor and I bale hay together. He bought a New Holland disc mower. His Case 830 tractor will not lift the blade arm with out my manual assistance. I looked up (tractor data) and the Case 830 is rated at 1550 psi. New Holland specifications show a required 2320 psi for the mower. Any body have an economical solution? Would a bigger diameter cylinder on the mower help? Are we just limited to using a different tractor? Thanks
