8n's are good little tractors. Very nimble and light. Would do what you want but they don't have live hydraulics which can be a pain. I have a Ford 600 and 3000 the 600 has live hydraulics. The 3000 has live pto, power steering and remote hydraulics along with a loader. Both are good tractors the 3000 has more features on it. All the makers have some good utility tractors. The Massey 135 series, Oliver 550, International 300, John Deere 1020 and 2020 with 3 pt and live hydraulics. These are all good machines for small acreage where manuverabilty and bversatility are most important. I think the H and M International are too bulky.
