You just need to rebuild the brake valve. They go bad and let the oil leak back past the master cylinder pistons.

It could be air in the brakes and that is easy to do. The bleeders are in the top of the final drive housing on each side. Get them to loosen up. Then with them tight pump up your brakes and loosen the bleeder. You can do this your self as you can reach the bleeder from the seat.

I still think it will end up being the brake valve.
