We have decided not to plant a garden this year. Our ground is heavy, and doesn�t like a wet year. The last two years when we planted, things like beans and beets, most of the seed rotted in the ground. And the transplanted things like tomatoes and peppers suffered and grew poorly. Some of the tomatoes developed blight, others suffered blossom end rot. So with rain coming 6 days a week, seems little point.
