The skinny; New full size bathroom above the garage, tiled shower, jacuzzi tub, double sink etc. I seem to be having a problem preventing the paint from peeling off of the skim coat plaster on the ceiling. Primed and painted from day one, I've upsized the ceiling fan with timer to the largest per joist size to rid of the steam. On occasion I will open a window. Do you think the issues is competing temperatures from the garage and the living space? Should I go over the ceiling with composite bead board and call it a day?? My other bath in the main part of the house on the second floor, no issues. Any "professionals" out there? pic is of post previous 2nd repaint.
