When I look at those links, they say "ships to San Leandro 1919 Davis St" That address happens to be a Walmart store in San Leandro, CA. San Leandro is in the SF Bay area, just south of Oakland. Who is taking delivery of tractor tires there? At the best, you'll have to pay shipping from CA to wherever you're at. I guess you can drive out to the bay and take delivery! Maybe these tires are coming into the bay area and San Leandro is the closest store to the importer's warehouse, but I really doubt it.
