Several years ago I paid $400 for a 1950 late styled A. It was stuck, the left brake was frozen, but it was complete( mostly--little things like working gauges, pto shield etc were needed) I spent over $2500 and sold it, at a major show auction, for $1850. A stuck A or B will likely be a money pit for you. Buying a running tractor is much better---unless it is a "rare tractor" like an AH. This B is likely worth the $300 mentioned elsewhere---for parts! My suggestion would be to do an inventory of what it needs, price those things, and then look at the tractor again. They are fun to work on, and if you really don't care how deep the "money pit" is, and will likely keep the tractor anyway, go ahead and get it.
