Can't tell from the description which kit you need, might better call first.
But...
Before you go in, good chance you will need spindles also. Typically they will be worn where the bushings contact, and just replacing the bushings will not tighten everything up.
And...
"Most" bushing are difficult to remove, and very difficult to install without a special tool to press them in. Then they will need to be reamed to size, more special tools.
My suggestion would be to buy the bushings, spindles if needed, take the axles to a shop that does heavy truck suspension, have them fit the bushings to the spindles. They can do a much better job than trying to DIY unless you have the right tools.
