Thank you for using my words out of context sir. I stated, "this is what rush would call,'environmental wacko stuff'." I did not say," rush called this situation the result of environmental wackos." Talk about small minded thinking. Also, I agree with Paul. If you spread your manure over a wide area so that it is evenly dispersed you won't have these kind of runoff problems. Sure, if you dump your whole stock of manure next to a stream or on a hillside you're going to have that kind of problem. It is a complicated issue.
