The Autolite 386 plugs are pretty hot. The cross references are not always exact, but you might find something a little hotter, but not much.
What kind of plug problems are you having? Getting the spark right, a working, hot thermostat, proper fuel mixture, and avoiding cold starts without getting up to temperature will help with fouling.
There are also non-fouler plug extensions if it's really consuming a lot of oil. I would only use them as a last resort and only on the worst cylinders.
