Ron,
Look in the archives for shis forum or any tractor forum and you will probably find posts on what to do with rusty gas tanks. In this forum look under "Rusty gas tank"
There are several good cleaning and sealing kits out there and most of them are good...Just make sure you get something that will stand up to having alcohol in the fuel..
