Over the years our bank barn foundation wall had rain water seeping down thru it. about a year ago it started buckling inwards. Today I finished putting 2 permanent brace posts in place. I notched them flush in the wall and sunk them 30� in concrete post holes. My supervisor approves of using galvanized tubes. Next step is to begin underpinning the wall. The wall is on earth and actually about 4� higher than the concrete floor, as some past owner excavated deeper for more headroom in this area.
