We had three inches of rain in three days on top of an already saturated clay weeping field. For the first time in 16 years the drains were barely functional. We had company for the weekend and there was more water use than usual. There were suds bubbling at the basement floor drain.
The water softener and laundry or on grey water and one of these days the laundry room sink will also be plumbed in.
If the drywall is ever opened up in the basement ceiling again. The upstairs bathtub, sinks and dishwasher are going to be swapped to grey water.
