It's Russian all right. I don't remember off-hand, but the 250-A is one of the smaller 40 Hp or so tractors isn't it? It's not difficult to fit these tractors with loaders, just about any of the brands should fit. Although I've seen Allied loaders on many of them, just because it's foreign (Russian) doesn't mean that you'll have to get some special outfit to work on it.
