That pto shaft is about 5 feet long and on the front end of the shaft there is a cutter key and a nut about the middle of the tractor there are two covers one on each side of the tractor take both covers off one to work through and the other to get light so you can see what your doing
i switched one a few years ago its not a hard job the hardest part is lining up the cutter key hole and the slot in the nut good luck
