Yes that is correct,, Case had the power lift on pull type implements, mounted units first used the axle driven power lift, then they changed that to Motor lift system that drove from the pto, then in 49 they added a hyd cylinder to the same bail lift system the Motor lift used, unit 51 when they EH came into being on the Racine units, I forgot the VC had a hyd lift unit in later production 1941 I am thinking,, they are pretty rare though as they were a late production change right before the VA series came out in 1942,
