Think that could be a Foden. They made trucks up to the 1980's. One in particular was a blown two stroke. In the 1960's, my first employer had a car showroom close to the traffic lights in Swaffham in Norfolk, England. These lights were on a small hill and our local coal hauler ran Fodens, when he pulled away from a stop at the lights, the glass windows in the showroom used to vibrate from the deep-throated roar.
